Split Casing Pumps Manufactured For Vietnam Customer
The split casing pumps are mainly used in delivering liquids of the water plant, air conditioner circulation water, heating pipe network system, building water supply, irrigation and drainage of pump stations, etc. And the range of the liquid temperature is -20℃~200℃.
The rated flow rate of this 1 centrifugal split casing pumps is 1000m³/h, the head is 200m, and is equipped with the reducer of the suction and the discharge, which can operate safely and stably in complex environments. For the material, the pump casing and pump body is 2Cr13; the impeller is made of stainless steel 2205; the shaft is 40CrMo, which is also equipped with spares, including the DN100 flange with the material stainless steel 304. Besides, the shaft seal is gland packing.
Modo Pump factory also manufactured the split casing pump with the material of cast iron, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316 and stainless steel 2205, which has good strength and toughness, giving the equipment long durability. Although in the high-intensity working environment,the pump can keep stable performance, greatly extending the service life of our multistage pump, and significantly reducing maintenance costs and decreasing the replacement frequency for our customers. Also, there are other series like MS, MSL, etc.
During the production process, we adopts advanced and precise processing technology. Each component is polished and assembled by experienced staff with high precision to ensure the smooth and efficient operation. After the pump is manufactured well, the pump will be tested and the test report will be given to our customer.
In addition, a strict quality control system is implemented from the beginning of raw material procurement. In the raw material testing stage, all materials to be put into storage must not only meet the relevant national and international quality standards, but also pass the more stringent independent testing indicators within our company. For example,split casing pumps for stainless steel 2205, its chemical composition, hardness, tensile properties, etc. will be fully tested. Any deviation in any indicator will never be allowed to enter the next production process.
