Centrifugal Submersible Sewage Pumps Manufactured For The Philippines Customer

In December 2025, Modo Pump finished 1 set of 200WQ250-22-30kw and 2 sets of 300WQ450-25-55kw centrifugal submersible sewage pumps for a client located in the Philippines. These pumps are designed for conveying water such as dirty water, sewage water, waste water, rainwater and living water in cities, and can operate stably in the medium temperature less than 40℃.
The rated flow rate of the model 200WQ250-22-30kw centrifugal submersible sewage pumps is 200m³/h, the head is 25m, and is equipped with a 30kw/4p submersible motor, which can operate safely and stably in complex environments. The pump casing is made of cast iron and the impeller is ss304, which is also equipped with 30kw VFD control cabinet.
The rated flow rate of the model 300WQ450-25-55kw is 450m³/h. the head is 25m, is equipped with a 55kw/4p submersible motor. The pump casing is made of cast iron and the impeller is ss304, which are equipped with 75kw VFD control cabinet.

Besides, there are also other spare parts matched with the pumps, including cables, blue flat hoses, clamps, quick connectors, elbows.
Modo Pump factory also manufactured the centrifugal submersible sewage pump with the material of cast iron, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316 and stainless steel 2205, which has good strength and toughness, giving the equipment long durability, especially for the fluid sea water. Although in the high-intensity working environment, it can keep stable performance, greatly extending the service life of our centrifugal submersible sewage pump, and significantly reducing maintenance costs and decreasing the replacement frequency for our customers.

In the raw material testing stage, all materials to be put into storage must not only meet the relevant national and international quality standards, but also pass the more stringent independent testing indicators within our factory. For example, for stainless steel 304, its chemical composition, hardness, tensile properties, etc. will be fully tested. Any deviation in any indicator will never be allowed to enter the next production process. ​
