Last week, three sets of rubber lined slurry pumps are finished and have been successfully shipped to Spain, which come with motor bases, guards, belts etc. In addition to rubber lined slurry pumps, the customer also ordered a set of spare parts for each pump, including impeller, liner, packing, shaft sleeve, etc.

These rubber lined slurry pumps are designed for tough working conditions. The rubber lined parts have excellent wear- and -corrosion resistance. It can bear medium that with small particles but low PH data. And the rubber liners are lighter than metal liners, making it is more easier to move. The design of the rubber sheath reduces the use of sealing rings in the pump body, providing better sealing for the pump chamber.

The standard slurry pump has a horizontal inlet and a vertical outlet. However, for the convenience of on-site pipeline installation, the outlet of the slurry pump can rotate 45 degrees, with a total of 8 directions for customers to choose from.

The rubber lined parts generally made of natural rubber(R55). In addition, we can provide various types of rubber such as wear resist polyurethane (U01), Neoprene rubber (S42). These materials have higher stability than standard nature rubber material, and their wear resistance and corrosion resistance are greatly improved. But the price is higher and the production time is longer.
