Inspection items before start-up of integrated pumping station equipment

Centrifugal pump is widely used in integrated pumping station system. With the continuous progress of wastewater treatment process, hospitals began to use MBR integrated wastewater treatment equipment. Traditionally, when the system is started for the first time or restarted after a long-term shutdown, it is necessary to check the overall equipment, including valves, pipelines, centrifugal pumps, fans, etc.
1. Overall inspection of integrated sewage treatment equipment
1) All manual valves are in the correct position.
2) Whether the operation (direction) of each fan and water pump is normal.
3) The valve beside the outlet pipe of each blower shall be open.
4) Check the oil window of the fan for sufficient oil and lubrication.
5) Check whether the water pump pipeline has leakage and whether the suction port is blocked.
6) Check whether the circuit and wiring of control cabinet are correct, whether the voltage and current meet the requirements, and whether the display is correct.
7) Check the automatic control instrument, i.e. water level and various equipment status indication signals, whether the display is correct.
8) Check whether the grounding wire contact and grounding resistance of electrical equipment are good.
9) Check whether the 380V voltage is in place and whether the three-phase voltage is balanced.
10) Turn on the power switch and check whether the motor steering of each shunt electrical equipment meets the requirements.
11) Check whether the working current of each electrical equipment meets the requirements of the nameplate.
12) Equipment single inspection (fan, water pump, etc.) shall be carried out in accordance with the operation manual.
2. Process and control inspection of integrated sewage treatment equipment
1) When starting the equipment, check whether the circuit, wiring control cabinet circuit is correct, and whether the voltage and current meet the requirements. The control of the equipment is manual / automatic. The control cabinet can simultaneously control the liquid level of the regulating tank, two (one) submersible sewage lifting pumps, two (one) fans, one mixed liquid mixed flow pump, (one sludge discharge pump), (filter pump), (backwash pump) and disinfection device, etc. it is also equipped with manual and automatic control system. When starting the water pump, check whether the water pump pipeline has leakage, water absorption and blockage.

2) The water pump of the equipment adopts anti clogging submersible sewage pump, of which two (one) lifting pumps are controlled by the liquid level floating ball in the sewage pool. When the liquid level reaches the working water level from low to high, start the working pump. If the liquid level continues to rise to the warning water level, turn off the working pump (the liquid level is detected by the liquid level switch). The switching time between the two pumps is controlled by the time relay, and the initial setting is once every four hours.

3) The fan of this equipment adopts the best rotary blower (subject to the actual situation). When starting the fan, check whether the rotation direction is correct, and avoid reversing. The operation of single fan is controlled by time relay, which is initially set to run for three hours and stop for half an hour; the switching time between two fans is controlled by time relay, which is initially set to switch every four hours. The aeration rate of two-stage aerobic biological contact oxidation tank can be controlled by manual valve.
4) the equipment mixed liquid reflux pump uses anti clogging submersible sewage pump, and the reflux pump flows through the three outlets and valves to the sludge tank and the anoxic tank respectively, respectively, to discharge the excess sludge and to replenish the biochemical section sludge, and enhance the ammonia nitrogen removal effect. When the sludge aging treatment effect is lowered, manual sludge valve can be manually enlarged and the sludge discharge volume increased (official account: Pump housekeeper). The control of the reflux pump is controlled by the time relay, which is initially set to run for five minutes and stop for 30 minutes. At the same time, the operation / stop time can be adjusted to save the operation cost of the sewage treatment station and increase the service life of the submersible sewage pump. If the equipment is equipped with sludge discharge pump, it is generally set as the time relay to control the sludge discharge time, which can be initially set to run for five minutes a day.
5) The filter pump (booster pump) / backwashing pump of the equipment adopts the anti clogging submersible sewage pump (subject to the actual situation). The filter pump (booster pump) is controlled by the liquid level of the intermediate pool. It operates at high liquid level and stops at low liquid level. When the manual head is used to control the inlet and outlet water / backwashing, the manual head is rotated regularly every day to backwash the filter tank to ensure the stability of the filtering effect.

6) When MBR membrane is used in the equipment, the operation of MBR membrane can be viewed from the operation procedures of MBR process.
7) Under no special circumstances, manual control mode shall not be adopted for equipment control. Manual control can manually control the opening and closing of submersible sewage pump and fan through the key switch on the panel.
