Clean Water Pumps Manufactured For Malaysia Customer
In September 2025, Modo Pump finished 3 sets of ISA50-26 centrifugal clean water pumps for a client located in Malaysia. The ISA centrifugal clean water pumps are used for conveying clean water with the particle size smaller than 3mm, and the fluid temperature should be -15℃ to 80℃.
The rated flow rate of this 3 centrifugal clean water pumps is 60m³/h, the head is 60m, and they are equipped with the 22kw/2P, 415v/50hz water cooled motor, which can operate safely and stably in complex environments. For the material, the pump casing and pump body is cast iron; the impeller is made of stainless steel 304; the shaft is stainless steel 420, which is also equipped with accessories, including baseplate, coupling and guard, and with spares, including SS304 impeller, mechanical seal, SS420 shaft, cast iron casing, and cast iron bearing cover. Besides, the shaft seal is mechanical seal.
Modo Pump factory also manufactured the clean water pump with the material of cast iron, stainless steel 316, stainless steel 2205 and other special material, which has good strength and toughness, giving the equipment long durability. Although in the high-intensity working environment, it can keep stable performance, greatly extending the service life of our centrifugal clean water pump, and significantly reducing maintenance costs and decreasing the replacement frequency for our customers. Also, there are other series like IS, ISO.
During the production process, we adopts advanced and precise processing technology. Each component is polished and assembled by experienced staff with high precision to ensure the smooth and efficient operation. After the pump is manufactured well, the pump will be tested and the test report will be given to our customer.
In addition, a strict quality control system is implemented from the beginning of raw material procurement. In the raw material testing stage, all materials to be put into storage must not only meet the relevant national and international quality standards, but also pass the more stringent independent testing indicators within our company. For example, for stainless steel 2205, its chemical composition, hardness, tensile properties, etc. will be fully tested. Any deviation in any indicator will never be allowed to enter the next production process.
