1. Pump shell: beautiful shape, compact structure, pump cover can be automatically calibrated during assembly;

2. Impeller: the double suction impeller optimized by computer has excellent hydraulic performance (high efficiency, low hydraulic noise) and good anti cavitation performance, with small NPSH required.

3. Shaft seal: usually choose packing seal, maintenance is very convenient, also can use mechanical seal according to user's demand.

4. Bearing: the rolling bearing is usually lubricated by grease, which does not need to be added during its effective life; oil cup with constant oil level can also be configured according to requirements, and thin oil lubrication is adopted. Some pumps use sliding bearings, thin oil lubrication.

5. Installation: the large water pump is usually installed directly on the concrete foundation and runs smoothly (it is recommended to embed a separate iron block at each anchor bolt position to facilitate maintenance and adjustment).

6. Operation: the overall structure is supported at both ends, using rigid short shaft, so that the operation is stable, no vibration, so that the mechanical noise is low and the shaft life is long.
