The heavy duty sludge pump is fitted with heavy duty bearing assemblies with angular contact bearing in the non-drive end and row deep groove roller bearings in the drive end. These bearing assemblies are fitted to the bearing frame with four through bolts allowing for quick removal and simple servicing.

Each model of heavy duty sludge pump have different types of bearing frames, in order to suits different power requirements. For example, the model MAH6X4 pump has bearing frames D & E. Frame D can afford max. 60kw power while the frame E can afford power up to 120kw.

The working range of heavy duty sludge pump is:

Flow rate: 10-4600m3/h
Speed: 400rpm-3000rpm
Outlet diameter: 1inch-16inch

Note: If you want to increase the lift to achieve long-distance transportation, you can use 2 or 3 pumps in series connection.

The heavy duty sludge pump is a dual casing structure, which means the pump body and cover are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant metal lining (including impeller, throat bush, frame plate liner insert etc.). The pump casing and cover are made of cast iron or ductile iron according to the working pressure, vertically split and connected with bolts. The front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with back blades to reduce leakage and improve the service life of the pump.
The inlet of each type of pump is in a horizontal direction, and the pump rotates clockwise from the transmission direction.

This heavy duty sludge pump is suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurry and are widely used in departments such as mineral processing, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, coal, power, transportation, river dredging, building materials, and municipal engineering.
