Gold dredge pump in high temperature environment work actually has a certain risk, so how to avoid this problem?

1. Pay attention to gold dredge pump bearing temperature, should not exceed the external temperature of 35 degrees, but should not be greater than 75 degrees.

2. The oil cup should be filled with calcium based grease to ensure the normal lubrication of the bearing of gold dredge pump.

3. After the gold dredge pump runs for 100 hours, check and regularly replace the grease in the motor support oil cup.

4. Check the elastic coupling of gold dredge pump regularly and pay attention to the temperature rise of motor bearing.

5. In the process of operation, if you find the gold dredge pump noise or abnormal sound, please stop the gold dredge pump immediately for inspection.

6. The gold dredge pump should be checked regularly every 2000 hours. The friction loss between impeller and gold dredge pump body (or pump cover) should not be too large, and the clearance should not exceed 1.5mm. If more than, the impeller or front cover can be replaced.

7. If the gold dredge pump works for 6 hours, check the mechanical seal according to the wear degree and repair or replace it, otherwise the gold dredge pump shaft and bearing will be damaged
