The IH type stainless steel chemical pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump. Stainless steel chemical pumps enable greener, more sustainable operations by efficiently transferring energy into the pumped fluid, minimizing waste and reducing operating costs. The temperature of the conveying medium is -20 ℃ to 105 ℃. If necessary, a double end face sealed cooling system will be used, in order to transfer medium whose temperature is 20 ℃ to+280 ℃. We can choose different materials for the main components of the pump based on the corrosiveness and features of the medium being transported.

Structural features:

The pump body of a stainless steel chemical pump is axial suction, radial discharge, foot supported, and can be directly fixed on the base. The bearing components are connected to the pump cover through bolts and supported on the base with suspension brackets.

For the convenience of disassembly, an extended coupling has been designed, which can be maintained without disassembling the inlet and outlet connecting pipelines, pump body, and motor. Simply remove the middle connecting part of the coupling to exit the rotor component for maintenance. This is a commonly used structural form internationally.

Rotation direction:

The stainless steel chemical pump is directly driven by an electric motor through an extended coupling, and rotates clockwise when viewed from the end of the motor

Type of shaft seal:

The sealing type of the pump adopts packing seal or mechanical seal, which is suitable for users according to their needs.

Packing seal:

The stainless steel chemical pump cover is equipped with a stuffing box, which is sealed with soft packings. Water with a certain pressure can be introduced into the packing box for sealing, cooling, lubrication, and cleaning.

Mechanical seal:

There are two types of mechanical seals: single end mechanical seal and double end mechanical seal. A certain pressure of water is introduced into the sealing chamber to flush and rub the two end surfaces, while also playing a cooling role.
